Our state-of-the-art manufacturing ecosystem in Tirupur spans 4 factories with a combined strength of 1,000+ machines and a monthly production capacity of 900,000 units. Backed by a team of 1,400 skilled employees, we serve six global customers, delivering both core basics and fashion-forward collections across Men’s, Women’s, and Kidswear. Our vertically integrated setup includes in-house printing, embroidery, and finishing, powered by advanced automation like 100% automated cutting and needle dispensing. With a current annual turnover of $14 million, Famous Knit stands at the intersection of scale, speed, and sustainability, committed to quality and on-time delivery.

INHOUSE PRINTING

We have a unique printing unit with 3 screen printers and 1 digital printer, enabling us to meet all brand requirements for diverse print types. Our vertically integrated setup provides a competitive edge in placement print capabilities.

INHOUSE EMBROIDERY

We have 5 embroidery machines with 65 heads, enabling us to meet all brand requirements for diverse embroidery types. Our vertically integrated setup provides a competitive edge in precision, consistency, and large-scale production capabilities.

AUTOMATION & GREEN FACTORY

We aim for maximum automation to ensure uniformity and consistency, with fully automated cutting and needle detection from the Hoshima Group. Our pilot factory is shifting to solar energy, aligning with our goal to be 100% renewable by 2030.
